Cancellations made 5 days or more before rental start date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 5 days and 48 hours before the rental start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date, or no shows are non-refundable.
Please note: West Coast weather can be unpredictable and we do not offer refunds due to rain or changing conditions. Our gear is made to handle the elements. It is part of the adventure!

A security deposit of 55% of your order total will be held during the rental period. The deposit will be returned within 48 hours after gear is returned and inspected, provided everything is in good condition and no missing items.

Renters are responsible for the gear during the rental term and bear all risks of loss, theft, or destruction, regardless of cause.
If the equipment is lost, stolen or destroyed during the rental term, you must notify us and pay the retail cost to replace the lost, stolen or destroyed gear.
Cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if gear is returned wet, excessively dirty, or with strong odours (including smoke).

All gear must be returned by 6:00pm on the agreed return date, unless otherwise arranged before rental begins.
Late returns (after 6:00pm on the return date) will be charged an additional days rental rate.
