1. Choose Your Gear
Browse our camping, backpacking, beach gear, or individual rentals and choose what best fits your adventure.

2. Choose your Dates
Select your rental dates and submit your booking request online.

3. Confirm Your Booking
Once we have confirmed your dates, we’ll email you everything you need to complete the booking including your rental agreement and payment link.

4. Pick up or Have it Delivered
Pick up your clean, adventure-ready gear in Port Alberni anytime between 7:00am and 8:00pm or choose delivery. Then get out and enjoy your adventure!

5. Return your Gear
Return your gear by 8:00pm on your return date. We’ll take care of all the cleaning and return your security deposit within 48 hours.

Alberni Adventure Gear is based in Port Alberni, BC, conveniently located along Highway 4 between Nanaimo and Tofino/Ucluelet.
We're approximately 110 km from Nanaimo and 125 km from Tofino, making Port Alberni the perfect place to pick up your camping, backpacking, or beach gear before heading to the west coast.
It's also a great place to stop for groceries, grab a coffee, have lunch, or stretch your legs before the rest of the drive.
We offer clean, quality gear with easy pickup from Port Alberni, as well as optional delivery throughout Vancouver Island.
