How it works

  • Cancellations made 5 days or more before rental start date will receive a full refund.

    Cancellations made within 5 days of the rental start date will be refunded 50% of the total booking.

    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date, or no shows are non-refundable.

    Please note: West Coast weather can be unpredictable and we do not offer refunds due to rain or changing conditions. Our gear is made to handle the elements. It is part of the adventure!

  • $300 for camping and backpacking bundles.

    $200 for small add ons.

    Security deposits are returned within 48 hours after gear is returned clean, dry, complete, and undamaged.

  • Renters are responsible for the gear during the rental term and bear all risks of loss, theft, or destruction, regardless of cause.

    If the equipment is lost, stolen or destroyed during the rental term, you must notify us and pay the retail cost to replace the lost, stolen or destroyed gear.

    Cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if gear is returned wet and dirty.

  • All gear must be returned by 6:00pm on the agreed return date, unless otherwise arranged before rental begins.

    Late returns (after 6:00pm on the return date) will be charged an additional days rental rate.

  • Rental balance and refundable security deposits are due before pick up or delivery.
