Cancel 3-7 days before rental start: 50% of rental fee charged.

Cancel within 48 hours of rental start or no show: 100% of rental fee charged.

No refunds for early returns

Credits toward future rentals may be offered for severe weather or emergencies.

$300 for camping and backpacking bundles.

$200 for small add ons.

Security deposits are returned within 48 hours after gear is returned clean, dry, complete, and undamaged.

Renters are responsible for the gear during the rental term and bear all risks of loss, theft, or destruction, regardless of cause.

If the equipment is lost, stolen or destroyed during the rental term, you must notify us and pay the retail cost to replace the lost, stolen or destroyed gear.

Cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if gear is returned wet and dirty.

All gear must be returned by 6:00pm on the agreed return date, unless otherwise arranged before rental begins.

Late returns (after 6:00pm on the return date) will be charged one additional days rental rate. We understand delays happen, so please let us know if you are running late.

Rental balance and refundable security deposits are due before pick up or delivery.
